There is something so comforting about a creamy, toasty Chai tea. This winter cocktail is complete with the sweet taste of almond milk, the zing of ginger, cinnamon (an Autumn staple) and of course, a little spiced rum!
Brian works long hours so I will put this cocktail together for him whenever we have something going on in the evenings. The black tea provides a little energy boost and the spiced rum compliments the robust flavor of Chai tea.
Spiked Harvest Chai
Ingredients – Makes 2
8 oz Chai tea (iced or warm)
4 oz spiced Rum
2 oz almond milk
Drizzle with honey & serve warm or over ice
